I can see a Lady Gaga inspired look, the pose is suited to the theme as well. The eyes of the model is piercing and beautiful. Though the lips has that awkward position. It's too 'full' in my opinion. Also the highlight of the cheek bones is I think too much. And also, if you lifted your chin quite higher I think it will give that perfect effect of the light.
Technique in applying the make up is good too. The body language is appealing and I think it will sell if it was an ad campaign.
Over all, this photo is a great artwork. Thumbs up!!
